Venue Rules
Age Limit : Couples 21+, Single Females 21+, Single Men 21-
Attendance : Parties will vary in numbers with priority being given to
couples. Couples only nights every Saturday; at all mixed events single
males will be allowed in ‘pro rata’ to the amount of couples present, to
ensure a correct balance for every ones enjoyment.
Times : Please check individual dates. For those staying over you are welcome
to extend your stay in order to try out some of our facilities.
Last entry is 10.30pm unless by arrangement.
Food & Drink : A buffet will be available for special events and included in the ticket
price. We have a well stocked non-
mixers be purchased on the premises. A snack and hot drinks menu is available at all
events. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol.
Dress Code & Themed Events :
Dress Code general guidelines:
Females -
We have no objection to jeans provided they are clean and smart.
Fancy dress for themed parties is optional, normal dress code is required if not participating.
You are welcome to wear what you feel comfortable in at all times. Towels
are supplied for wet areas and you can bring your own robe and footwear for use if preferred.
Etiquette : Adult etiquette and rules apply. Always ask first! No means NO.
No pressure -
Hygiene : Personal hygiene is important at all times, for the enjoyment of others. Please dispose of all intimate products in the bins provided during parties.
Drugs : Drugs of any kind will NOT be allowed on the premises. Anyone found in possession of drugs or using drugs of any kind will be requested to leave. Exceptions may be made for those needing to use Viagra or similar for medical reasons, please check beforehand.
Smoking : Please use ashtrays provided, using only designated and outside areas.
Cameras & Mobile Phones : The use of cameras is not allowed during party hours. Mobile phones may be used for incoming calls for emergencies. Items of value may be left in our safe.
Safety : Youtopia has a welcoming atmosphere where you can meet others in a totally safe environment and members are welcome to use our premises when arranging to meet someone new. If meeting elsewhere for the first time, please take all precautions to ensure your own safety. Practice safe sex at all times.
